The Florida Federation of Garden Club's (FFGC) Floral Design Study's objective is to develop a unified understanding of the art of flower arranging; that includes the basic elements of design, the care, cutting and grooming of plant materials and their compatibility with different containers, the use of fruits and vegetables in designs and much, much more.
The Floral Design Study consists of Six (6) Basic Units that were offered by the Tampa Garden Club in the fall of 2016.
A series of Three (3) Advanced Design classes are now on-going: January 17, 24, 31, 2017. Classes are taught by National Garden Club (NGC) Flower Show Judges.
CERTIFICATES are awarded to those students completing the course work.
