CONVENTION REGISTRATION DEADLINE: March 26, 2020 postmark 
Registrations postmarked after March 26 will have to add a late fee of $40.00. No refunds after Monday, April 6 . Registration Fee is Non-Refundable. You must be registered and meals paid to attend any programs. Registrants may attend workshops.

THE 38TH BIENNIAL STATE FLOWER SHOW: April 16 - 18 at the Hilton Tampa Downtown
An NGC major Standard Flower Show presented by FFGC. Schedule:
April 16: 3:00 pm Ribbon Cutting, open until 5:00 pm; April 17: open 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; April 18: open 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Open and Free to the Public – Handicap Accessible. Fee for Parking: Hotel Valet or Self-Park at the Ft. Brooke Garage, 107 N. Franklin Street

OPPORTUNITY DRAWING: will be held April 18, 2020; you do not have to be present to win.

FFGC CONVENTION HOSTESS information for GOE members:Would you like to experience the convention but can't commit to the entire event? Sign up to be a hostess for half-a-day.  Choose to hostess morning or afternoon and the rest of the day is yours to experience all that the convention has to offer: the State Flower Show, quality vendors, and beautiful exhibits. Plus get to see "who's who" and how "garden clubbers" from the entire state meet to celebrate gardening. 
Your duties could include: greeting attendees at the front door, directing them up the escalators, helping at the registration desk, collecting meal and event tickets, and making everyone feel welcome.  There is a $5 registration fee for volunteers and parking is $10.  Car pooling will help with the cost of parking.
Please pick a day you might consider hostessing and specific assignments will be determined as the time draws near.  Choose from: April 16th pm, 17th am/pm, 18th am/pm, 19th am)
